Miss Rosie Miller

Miss Rosie Miller crossed over the Rainbow Bridge on November 24, 2020. She was born in North Vernon, Indiana, on October 8, 2007 to her pet parents, Daisy and Tobias. She loved to chase balls, tug and play with stuffed toys. Her favorite toys were her stuffed Christmas tree and any ball. Rosie’s not-so-favorite things were when she had to get her shots, and when her pet mom, Theresa, would go to work. Rosie loved to sleep on the bed with her mommy. As her family shared, their favorite memories are “every single moment of every single day we spent together.” Miss Rosie is survived by her pet mommy, Theresa Miller; pet papa, Charlie Miller; and Rosie’s boy (Theresa’s son), Michael Large. Other family and friends include Miss Allison, Miss Linda, Miss Beth, Miss Jackie, Hector, Don, and many others from Lowe’s and Chesterfield. ---------- A Loving Tribute to Miss Rosie by Theresa Miller (Mommy) Miss Rosie, when I think about writing a tribute for you my love, I fail to find the words. I cannot seem to be able to accept the reality I find myself in; therefore, making accurate wording for the emotions and love I have for you is impossible. The total loss and numbness I feel daily is a constant reminder to me that you are not here! The memories I have of you, I will cling to like a life support in these deep, forever waters of sadness. There will never be another you, Miss Rosie, and the sun will never shine as brightly, for you are my sunshine, my only sunshine, you made me happy when skies were grey, you’ll never know, Rose, how much I love you! Always have, always will. So, Rose, I find some comfort in these things: 1. I know you are well now, no more illness, aches, pains, exhaustion from these things. You can run, play, eat without have-to-have shots anymore. 2. I know you are waiting for me at the mansion my Heavenly Father has for me, on the porch, where I whispered in your ear for you to wait for me. 3. I know we will meet again there in Heaven and live happily together, praising our maker . . . this will be my Heaven, having you and Jesus with me. Until then, my love, you will be that brightest shining star I gaze upon, knowing it is you, waiting for me, and lighting my way there one day.
