Leo Holland

Leonidas “Leo” Holland passed away from this world on January 9, 2026 being lovingly cuddled by his mom, Melissa, and big brother, Trevor Martin. Leo was born in September 2014 and found his family in May 2015. From the moment LeeLee came into our lives, he became our favorite source of entertainment, unwavering love and loyalty, protection, and some frustrations due to silly Boxer antics. Leo loved chasing his sister, Abigail Martin, on her bicycle where he tried to bite the tires. He enjoyed the brief years he played with his beagle brother, Rex Martin, who quickly tired of his shenanigans. Leo enjoyed camping, looking at, barking at, and chasing squirrels, hanging out with his cat sister, Raven, and enjoyed dance parties with his sister, Tierany. Leo loved chasing bubbles and playing in the yard with his little brothers, Cullen and Davis whom he protected and cuddled since they were in the womb. Leo never knew a stranger and thought everyone coming to the house was there to see him and him alone. In his defense, guests enjoyed being greeted with a sweet smiling face with his long tongue hanging out, and a happy, wiggling tail. His favorite weekends were those weekends when his grandparents, Jon and Brenda Davis, would come to see him. His butt and tail would wiggle while he anxiously awaited for a long scratch from grandpa. He followed grandma around hoping she would accidentally double feed him again (she never did), always staying close by protecting them. LeeLee loved when daddy, Rick, cuddled him and shared his string cheese and boiled eggs with him. Leo was camera shy and would turn away when his siblings would try to take his picture. He always followed his mommy around the house, staying close to her whether sleeping upstairs in or at the foot of her bed or sleeping on his couch in the living room. Leo was the sweetest, most loving, and silliest of boys. We are so blessed to have spent over ten years with Leo. His absence has left such a hole in our hearts. We love you and miss you so much, Leo! We hope you are catching a mountain of squirrels across that rainbow bridge, sweet boy.
