Payton Louise Miller ( Pay pay) Crossed over the Rainbow bridge on Feb 25th 2021. She was born Feb 18th 2007, in Muncie, Indiana, and came home with her Momma who drop fed her three days later, due to health conditions that left her fur Momma unable to nurse. Although the odds were against her, love and pure determination were on her side. Payton had no favorite ball, in fact toys of any kind were definitely not her cup of tea. But, any kind of treat would certainly put you in her good graces. Her sister's by choice, Roxy baby, Luna Bean... And newest addition, Marley Barley were her companion's. Although, her favorite spot was by her Momma's side or in her lap. She loved being dressed up, and loved even more being under a blanket of any kind. In fact, she could control the settings of an electric blanket with ease. If left alone for any amount of time. It was Pay pays duty to make sure to keep her family in line by stern yips, and nips, that you were certain to get upon returning home. Many say she was a bit spoiled. But, according to Pay... A normal day in the life of a dog included steak and lobster... Or anything Momma was eating. And never to be disturbed... No matter how uncomfortably you had to sit or sleep, in order to maintain her comfort. One look from those chocolate brown eye's or the cock of her head... And she knew she was getting her way. In return, Payton gave her family 14 years of love and loyalty. Her job was as a lap dog, and she took that job seriously. She left this world in her favorite chair, right beside her favorite person... Her Momma... Who stroked her soft fur and whispered to her that it was ok to let go. And assured her that she would be there to meet up with her again one day. Loving Tribute to Payton (Pay pay) My Sweet Pay... There are not enough words to describe, how deeply I loved you, or how dearly you will be missed. I must have told you a million time's, that you were the fur baby, love of my life. And I meant it. No one will ever hold my heart like you my girl. If I had only one word to describe my feelings toward you... It would be GRATEFUL! I am forever grateful for each and every moment that God gave me with you! I am grateful for the cuddles and warmth you gave me each day. I am grateful for all the times you listened to me when I needed a shoulder to cry on. I am grateful for the loyalty and devotion you bestowed upon me. No matter how good or bad a day was... I always knew that you would be there to make things better. I could not have asked for a better dog then you... My little Pay... Not a day will pass that I will not miss and love you. My only comfort is that my Big sister... And your second Momma was waiting for you on the other side. Give her a snuggle for me please, and let her scratch behind your ears, and keep you warm until we meet again, my sweet girl. May your days be filled with running, jumping and play... And of course lot's of naps! With plenty of treats and the chewy sticks that you loved so much. I pray your sight is clear, and you are now pain free. And if you hear me crying... Please don't think you have betrayed me by your absence. You lived out your day's here my sweet girl... You did your job well. My tears are selfish one's... Because, I long for more memories...
