Human siblings include: Little Teri In Heaven, Jeremy Thurber, Joshua Thurber, Jason Thurber, Tammy Schmitz, and Jimmy Martin III. Pet siblings include: Abby in Heaven, Katie, and Sugar. Her other family and friends are: Daenara, Savannah, Carson, AnnaMarie, Ryan, Nic, Jaden, Jared, Lillian, Christian, Brayden, Elijah, Tori, Justin, Levi, Kk, Maddy, Conner, Austin, and Cloe. Her favorite toy was her Red Clifford Stuffed Animal. Kokoa's favorite activities were cuddling with mommy & daddy, going for walks in her stroller, and going for car rides. Her least favorite thing was getting wet, unless it was her bath time. Her favorite place to sleep was beside mommy on the couch. This is Kokoa’s story: From the minute I saw her, I fell in love with her. She loved with everything she had and she loved to have people come in and see her. She was very vocal. We loved to hear her talk. She loved being with her sister Katie and then when we rescued Sugar, she loved being with her too. Katie was her litter-mate sister. She loved her food, too. We think she could tell time cause she would let us know it was time to feed her, always within the hour. The one thing Kokoa loved the most, was being held like a little baby in my arms and I would rock her. She was our sweet girl. She would love to be covered up with her blankets and she would burrow herself in them in her bed. I don’t know who rescued who though 'cause I know she rescued me. I was so sad when our furbaby Abby went to Heaven, and when I found Kokoa, she just helped me so much. Our bond will always be there. We will never forget our precious Kokoa and I’m so thankful to Jesus for letting us have her for 3 1/2 years, but I sure wish it had been a lot more. She fell asleep in my arms and she went to see Jesus. I know He will be holding her until we see her again. She is out of pain and is running through His meadows and playing like she never got to play before. Kokoa had a very bad back and legs, but no more. She’s in no more pain now. We want to sincerely thank Dr. Crabtree and Dr. Fisher at Pendleton Veterinary Clinic and all their staff for taking such great care of our baby. They are exceptional. Thank you Robert Loose Funeral Home for your kindness and aftercare of our furbaby. Kokoa will be greatly missed and forever loved. Our hearts are forever broken with her not being here with us. Rest in Heaven Kokoa and we will be with you again. We love you our sweet Kokoa puff, Love always, your mommy and daddy.
