Dayzie Cagle

December 15, 2009 - September 25, 2020

Dayzie (“Poopie Puncher”) Cagle passed away on September 25, 2020. She was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan on December 15, 2009, to her fur parents, Saydie Mae and Rox. She was soon adopted by her human family, Sunshine and Cody Cagle, sisters Ashya and Shyanne, and brother Cyris. Her dog brothers included Drako and Sabbath. Dayzie loved to play with sticks and her Frisbee. Some of her favorite activities included riding in the car with her mom, playing fetch, and swimming. Her not-so-favorite things were baths, grooming, and sitting on a bare floor! She enjoyed sleeping anywhere with her mom, except the floor. Sunshine shared some of the family’s favorite memories: “When she was born, she wasn’t breathing. I gave her mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, raised her up a little, and she took a breath. I knew she was mine right then! She once found a litter of bunnies and tried so hard to get them to play with her. She loved all people and animals! She truly brought joy to my life. She knew how to open our fridge. Once, she ate an entire pizza and a whole tub of butter!” Dayzie is also survived by her human niece, Raigyn; human nephews, Karsyn and Kayson; cat cousin, Nine; and dog cousin, DeVaye.
