July 16, 2006 - November 10, 2019
Bismark was born July 16, 2006. On September 22, 2006, his soon-to-be pet mom, Sarah, saw the cutest puppy ever and fell in love. As he walked toward her, she picked him up; he curled his precious 2-lb. body on her shoulder and tucked his tiny head on her neck. At that moment, she knew he had chosen her to be his Mommy. Both of their hearts were full. Bismark was dearly loved by his Mommy and Daddy, Sam and Sarah Trent. He was their baby. He had a sweet loving personality, the cutest smile, and “waggy” tail that melted hearts! Everyone who met Bismark loved him. He had many loving nicknames: Bis, Bissy, Bissy Boy, Punkin’ Butt, Mama’s Baby, Daddy’s Boy and Best Boy Ever. Bissy went most everywhere with his Mommy and Daddy. He even played a huge role in their wedding as ring bearer. He looked handsome as always with a ribbon holding their rings tied to his collar. At just the right moment, his Aunt Cindy Buntin let him down off of her lap. He ran down the aisle to deliver the rings to Daddy. He then proceeded to steal the show by climbing on the stage to explore everything! Bissy’s favorite toys were his blue ball and his stuffed giraffe. He would play ball, usually wearing out whoever he was playing with! He was even known for dropping it in the bathtub while the shower was on. His giraffe was his favorite stuffed toy, even though he had chewed off its arms, legs, ears and removed the squeaker. It was the one he played with the most. Bissy had some very special people he loved -- Aunt Cindy Ramsey, who was one of the first to meet him; Aunts Cindy Buntin and Vicki Mann, who were his sitters when Mommy and Daddy were away; and Aunts Dana Elliott and Terri Cottrell, who were always excited to see Bis and love on him. All of his aunts adored Bissy! Bismark had a sweetness about him that was very special. He loved bunnies and squirrels to watch, never harm. He loved being with his Mommy all day playing, cuddling, loving, kisses, and belly rubs. He somehow always knew what time his Daddy would be home. He was happiest when they were all three together to go “bye bye”, sitting with them on the chair, and at bedtime. He always gave nighttime kisses after his treat, then took up half the bed. He didn’t like fireworks, loud noises or thunderstorms. He always wanted his Daddy for “storm protection.” On November 10, Bismark crossed over The Rainbow Bridge due to severe pneumonia. His loving parents held him as he passed. Bismark was the sweetest boy in the world. He had a sweet loving heart, was extremely loyal and brought us unmeasurable joy. He gave us so many precious memories that we will forever cherish. We were so blessed to be his Mommy and Daddy. Our hearts are broken, but we are happy Bissy is no longer in pain, is at peace, and can again see, run and play. It was his time, as God was calling him home. We’ll see you again someday, our sweet baby. We love and miss you, Bissy Boy, you are “THE BEST BOY EVER”!
